The Y offers many different programs which help build strong communities. With the many challenges of this past year the Y has continued to play a big role in being a stronghold in providing community support.

This yearly campaign helps fund these many programs and allows the Y to continue being a strong support for their communities.

I am happy to be part of the Y and to help people achieve their individual fitness goals, both as a fitness instructor and a personal trainer.
